The tracking number usually takes 1-2 business days to generate. Please note that it takes 3-4 business days to update your tracking information.
If you do not receive the tracking number within 4 business days, please send us an email. If the tracking status is "unavailable" within 3 to 4 business days of receiving your tracking number, please also send us an email.
The order processing time is 48 hours before shipping. Deliveries take about 7 to 15 days.
We can not promise delivery times as we can not control delays caused by weather or postal service. If the maximum number of working days has passed and you still have not received your package, please contact us and we will help you as far as possible.
Please note that delivery time 7-15 days is an estimate and this may vary depending on your place of residence or time of year.
If after 30 days you still have not received your package, please notify us by e-mail so that we check the tracking of the package. In case of sending problem, you will be refunded.
